Thirty-three pipe spools, from DN150 Schedule 160 through DN200 Schedule 80, delivered as a complete turnkey package. MTIS owned every step: our own drawings, our own material procured and freighted, fabrication, welding, blast and paint, hydrotesting, RT and MPI, then packing and labelling to the client’s system. Each spool ships with a full MDR and is supplied complete with bolts, gaskets and all fittings, every item traceable to documentation.
Holding the entire scope in-house (drawings, material, fabrication, welding, coating, testing, inspection and logistics) means there are no vendor interfaces to chase and no gaps in the paper trail. A coded weld crew runs cleaner welds in controlled workshop conditions, every joint is NDT-cleared before anything ships, and each spool leaves the workshop supplied complete with its bolts, gaskets and fittings so the client can install straight off the truck. Every material, down to a single stud or gasket, is tied back to its certification in the MDR.

All 33 spools delivered turnkey and install-ready, each with a complete MDR covering drawings, heat numbers, mill certs, weld maps, NDT and hydrotest records, and coating reports, and supplied with all bolts and gaskets. Nothing to source, nothing to chase: a fully traceable package the client could lift, bolt up and commission, with weeks of on-site welding removed from their schedule.
