Pipeline Preservation

SCOPE OF WORK

MTIS was contracted to manage and execute the maintenance and preservation of the export pipelines emergency stock for both onshore and offshore in Port Moresby and Gobe. The scope includes internal cleaning via water jet, internal preservation application, external mechanical cleaning, external preservation of exposed steel sections, coating inspections, sacrificial coating applications and various other NDT inspections including UTM, DFT and holiday testing.
 

The works are completed with full QA traceability with field inspection checks lists per individual heat number and corresponding photographic evidence of activities. The documentation is compiled as a complete MDR per maintenance interval to assist with long term management of the assets.
